Refund policy

We send out every package with love and our positive energy and we hope that you will love your new crystals but should you have any questions please do contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Should you wish to return any item please email us with-in 14 days of receipt to let us know the problem.

We accept returns for up to 30 days following receipt. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and package them safely for their return preferably using the original packaging.

Once items return and are found to be in original condition a refund will be issued or an agreed suitable replacement sent out with-in 3 days of the item arriving back with us.

Return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and are non refundable.
