We offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 11.30am and post out Monday to Friday.
Delivery to the UK
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail using First Class or First Class Signed For. Orders over £50 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm service
Whilst all UK prices include First Class delivery, at customer request we can organise couriers or Special Delivery. Additional charges may apply.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide excepting to China and The Russian Federation due to the lack of tracking of post available there. We only accept orders to South America with a Tracked form of shipping due to non tracked packages going astray.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail Standard International, International Tracked or International Tracked/Signed.
All orders over £20 are sent by International Tracked.

Returns
We send out every package with love and our positive energy and we hope that you will love your new crystals but should you have any questions please do contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Should you wish to return any item please email us with-in 14 days of receipt to let us know the problem.
We accept returns for up to 30 days following receipt. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and package them safely for their return preferably using the original packaging.
Once items return and are found to be in original condition a refund will be issued or an agreed suitable replacement sent out with-in 3 days of the item arriving back with us.
Return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and are non refundable.
