A beautifully coloured A grade Larimar crystal tumble stone.

Please note that clearance crystals may have imperfections but are in need of a good home and so have been priced accordingly. This stone has a small ding. This can be seen at the top of the stone in photographs.

Larimar is a uniquely coloured blue-green form of Pectolite that comes only from the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean.

Larimar was first found in 1916 but was not commercially mined until the seventies. Initial deposits were all alluvial washed down the Bahoruco River and found on the coastline but the upstream deposits were soon located and all the Larimar in the world is now found on one mountainside about 6 miles southwest of the city of Barahona.

The stone you see in the photographs is the one you will receive. The acrylic stand is not included.

Tumble stones are an ideal size to hold during meditation or to be used as pocket stones. Carry them in your bag or pocket or place them under your pillow.

This stone is 3cm long and 2.6cm wide and weighs 19.5g.

Larimar is a serene stone of 'spirituality' and is also known as 'the dolphin stone'. It opens to new dimensions and radiates love and peace.

It induces deep mediative states and facilitates both angel and spirit guide contact especially with animal guides. It is said also to help communication with animals.
