A beautiful top polished slice of Native Copper. The underside of this slice is cut but not polished.

This Copper is from Keweenaw Peninsula, Michigan, USA. Pure native Copper has been commercially mined from Michigan's Copper mines since 1845 and long before that by native and pre-historic peoples. In the early 1900's Michigan led the world in Copper production and Copper from these mines was considered the purest in the world.

The slice you see in the photographs is the one you will receive.
